Fun and memorable engagement portraits? Yes please!

Here’s how to get them:

Be yourself. You might’ve heard this many times, but it’s the best advice I can give you. I believe that everyone is unique. So if you are quirky, that’s fine by me! To be honest I will encourage you :)

I believe in working with my clients and I will never push you to do something you don’t want to.  I always talk to my clients all the time, so by the time we do the ‘In Love’ shoot (that’s what I like to call them), we will be like friends. I always try to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere, making you feel confident to just be yourself. It’s in the ‘In Love’ session where we work on the poses that we can do on your wedding day. After the session you will feel more confident and relaxed and will be excited to pose for your wedding portraits :)

‘I don’t look good in photos’ ~ I hear this all the time :) But don’t worry, this is not a ‘Britain’s Next Top Model’ shoot. This is a shoot about the 2 of YOU, together and in LOVE. And I have secret special powers to make you feel comfortable ;) Plus, I will always do a shoot that will suit your style. So if you don’t like a certain pose, I will not make you do it. I will also give you some direction on what to do and to help you get into a ‘pose’. We will work together to make the shoot fun and relaxed, so that you end up with photos you can proudly show your fiends.

It ‘s also a great opportunity to do the shoot at an location of your choice. The spot that you met at for the first time perhaps?

A few tips on how to look your best on your shoot:

Make an effort to think about your look. This is a great opportunity to get some stunning couple photos. Introduce some colour to your outfit. It will make the photos ‘pop’ a bit and will add to personalizing your shoot. A lovely piece of jewelery or a funky scarf can make the world of difference. Wear something comfortable, but still showing your style. Girls: make an effort to style your hair and make-up, it will make you look stunning in your photos.

Finally: please make sure you get a good night’s sleep :)
